The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14-302(A)(10)] Amend development rights note to state number of development rights for each
parcel (see checklist for required language).
2. [14-302(A)(11)] Include most recent deed book and page number for TMP 114-10 (db 4434 p 577).
3. [14-302(B)(7)] Revise note 9 to also state the property is not within a water supply watershed.
4. [14-303(A)] Revise statement of consent to division to match language from subdivision ordinance
(see checklist for required language).
