[14-302(A)(11)] Include most recent deed book and page number for TMP 114-10 (db 4434 p 577). 3. [14-302(B)(7)] Revise note 9 to also state the property is not within a water supply watershed. 4. [14-303(A)] Revise statement of consent to division to match language from subdivision ordinance (see checklist for required language).
