[14-302(A)(2)] Revise scale of vicinity map to 1"=2000'. Scale revised as requested 2. [14-302(A)(4)] Is the ingress and egress easement being vacated with this plat? It should remain as it is the only access to revised lots 2 and 3. Please clearly show the easement on plat and label the db/pg number. Access easement to remain and is noted with Deed Book and Page references and added to Legend for further clarification. 3. [14-302(A)(16)] Label the limits of the dam break inundation zone on the plat.See County GIS for more information. Dam Break Inundation Zone added and noted as requested. 4. [14-302(6)(7)] Revise note 6 to also state the property is not within a water supply watershed. Noted as requested. 5. [14-303(C)] Line data should be provided for L1-L4 if access easement is to remain. Line Data was for the Old Lines that go away. Line 7 added for a small tangent along Pen Park Ln. 6. [14-312] Show location of any existing buildings within 50'of new property lines. Existing Buildings added as requested. 7. [Comment]TMP 61A-3 is losing its frontage and access from Pen Park Lane with this BLA. It is maintaining a small amount of road frontage along Lochlyn Hill Drive.VDOT approval of an entrance is not required for boundary line adjustment plats; however, if you haven't done so already, I would strongly recommend you contact VDOT prior to moving forward with this BLA to ensure an adequate entrance would be available off of Lochlyn Hill for this lot.Alternatively,you could provide access by extending the existing access easement from Pen Park Lane. New Access Easement created to extend from the Existing Access Easement so Lot 1 Residue will continue its access to Pen Park Lane. This intent is further clarified in newly added Note 13. General QC Edits. Added Parcel Identifiers, A, B, C, and D with Areas. Showed ties to old boundary lines with Deed references. This will help clear up and show where the old lines were and were the new lines are.
