If you would like to construct this sign, please submit a temporary sign permit application found at this link below. Please make a note on the form that it is a sign requested under Section 4.15(6)(3). (Sorry we haven't updated the form to provide for this special temp sign.) As long as you are authorized, you can sign on Belk's behalf for the sign permit. There is no fee. The area which the sign will be placed is actually on the Belk parcel. is it required that Belk signs the Application for Temporary Sign Permit or may I sign on their behalf?
