RE: Letter of Revision (LOR) # 1 for SDP -2015-60

Ms. Ray,
This letter is in response to the attached LOR request letter dated 6-27-16. The
Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of a LOR for the
improvements described in the letter and shown on the attached exhibit dated June 28,
2016. The current proposal modifies the previously approved site plan by slightly
modifying the building footprint and relocating the building closer to Trailside Court.
Note to file: Per ZMA201 S-3, Block S -front setbacks along Trailside Court are
0-25 feet, side setbacks for the building are 0 feet.
This is the first (1St) LOR for this site. Three (3) LORs are allowed, after which all
required changes must be submitted as a site plan amendment.

To Whom It May Concern,
Please find attached an exhibit showing the revised footprint for the multi -family residential building proposed for
Riverside Village Block 5. The revised footprint is very similar to the original; the main change is that the front edge of
the building is now 21" closer to Trailside Court.
The revision does not impact the landscaping, utilities, grading, or setbacks.
