The current proposal modifies the previously approved site plan by slightly modifying the building footprint and relocating the building closer to Trailside Court. The revised footprint is very similar to the original; the main change is that the front edge of the building is now 21" closer to Trailside Court. The revision does not impact the landscaping, utilities, grading, or setbacks.
