Attached please find the approval letter for the drainage revisions only. This does not include your request to revise the
mitigation, which will be denied. I will issue a separate letter regarding the mitigation later today.
If you want a stamped copy of the approved plan, please submit however many copies you want returned (i.e. for your
contractor and your file). We need the two copies you submitted for our file and inspector.
Please schedule a pre -construction meeting with our inspector before starting work.

Frank- there is no easement on the property and I am not sure if there is a bond or not.

Yes, I recall Scott. Was there an easement on the land that give the County rights to complete the mitigation and is there
mitigation bond that the County can use to fund the mitigation? Otherwise, alternate mitigation will be needed.

Awhile back, we resubmitted the modifications to the Mitigation and site plan for Old Trail Block 23. We resubmitted it
after meeting and discussing it with Engineering (Frank, Max, and Matt) about the updated outfall and mitigation for the
project. Countyview indicates the plans were received on June 3'. It's now been 45 days in the queue, any updates on
the review and approval of this mitigation and updated outfall for Block 23?
