The following revisions are requested to make the proposal consistent with the Entrance Corridor Sign Guidelines. In the information below items in GREY have been addressed. Items in black still need to be addressed. Submit a sign plan. See the attached example of a sign plan. The sign plan you submit must include all of the information required. Include all of the information you have previously submitted and the additional information requested in this letter. The sign plan must include: a. A photograph or architectural elevation of the building that shows dimensions for the location and size (length and height) of the two sign areas, the height at which they are located on the building, and the length of the overall storefront. The length of the sign area for each sign should be the length of the portion of the wall that the specific sign ("Grand" or "Furniture & Mattresses") will be mounted on. They are for your reference only. This includes the lowercase letters in circles that specify which comment below applies to the item in the markup. The red underlines are there as place holders for information you are to provide in the sign plan. The underlines themselves should not be added to the sign plan unless you think it is appropriate. The items shown in BLACK ink are items to be added to the sign plan. The BLUE boxes and notes that I've shown near the top of the elevation view are items you should add to the sign plan.
