All changes to the proposed work from that shown in the drawings shall be approved by RWSA in writing prior to construction. RWSA reserves all rights associated with its easements, including but not limited to its rights to access, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of its facilities within the easements, and such consent shall not be construed to modify or prohibit any existing easement rights held by the RWSA, nor modify or increase its obligations, if any, to repair or restore. The contractor should notify RWSA a minimum of three days prior to the start of any work which may impact access to the RWSA pump station and dam. Let me know if you have any questions. I copied Victoria on this email so she can let us know if she has any concerns regarding the latest submittal of the Fairhill Road Plans. Victoria, We have re -submitted the road plans for Fairhill Subdivision in June to address VDOT comments. The revisions did not impact the RWSA station access Road or the 100yr Breach limits on the lots. Have you resubmitted to the county? Will a subdivision plat be submitted to the county as well? Our primary concern is with preventing buildings from being constructed within dam break inundation areas. If possible, RWSA would like to address this on the plat as well as the Road Plan. Upon submission of the appropriate signed and sealed approval copies this office will perform a final review and, if acceptable, sign the plans. Please allow for this office to obtain one signature COPY. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use Section at (434) 422-9399 for information pertaining to this process.
