Stewart,
Attached is a layout of the Avon Court property. Basically the lot comprises of a loop road with empty construction
items such as unused brick and cobblestone. There are a few construction vehicles such as a bobcat, bulldozer and
empty construction trailer. The dumpsters stored on the property are, of course, emptied prior to placement.
Since Martin Horn has started using the lot, the illegal dumping has reverted to nearly nothing after being almost a daily
occurrence. For the first time in nearly 5 years, we have an active interest to purchase the property so there could be a
little more activity than usual this month, but that is related to the promising sale. Typically, Martin Horn is on the site
about 3 times Fi week to pick up or drop something off.
