The Property is subject to the Entrance Corridor ("EC") Overlay District, and the Steep Slopes Overlay as described in Section 30 of Chapter 18 of the Albemarle County Code ("Zoning Ordinance"). Description of the violation is as follows: "Site should include pedestrian pathways, but they were never installed. The owner submitted a request for a Letter of Revision (LOR) to remove pathways from the site plan, but was denied." The pathways are part of the ZMA noted above and cannot be removed via a site plan amendment. The pathways must either be installed or removed via a Zoning Map Amendment • The Zoning Ordinance can be obtained online at www.albemarle.orglcountycode.
