Clint forwarded me this email. Keep in mind, we processed both an initial site plan (yes, an initial site plan was
submitted, reviewed, and approved w/ conditions see SDP2015-55) and a preliminary plat for this project (I believe that is
an incorrect statement, a preliminary plat was never submitted nor reviewed with this proposal, thus the reason for my
correspondence to Clint), both of which have been reviewed and approved by Albemarle County (if a prelim plat was
submitted/ reviewed/approved for this proposal what is the SUB# and I'll look it up?, or provide me the approval letter).
hi addition, we have both a road plan and a site plan for this project (yes, road plans and a final site plan are in our office
and actively under review). It is my understanding that the subdivision plat does not need to go back through a SRC
review process, unless something in the ordinance or processing has changed that I am not aware of. (The only reason I
mentioned SRC is be a preliminary sub plat was never submitted/reviewed/approved for the single family detached lots)

SUB2016-129 Sunset Overlook — final plat
I have been assigned the above referenced plat. Before I distributed it for review I wanted to contact you and
determine what type of review you are requesting. I noticed this plat was submitted as a final subdivision plat
under 14-206, which means it needs to go to Site Review Committee (SRC) be the single family detached lots
do not have a preliminary subdivision plat associated with them. SRC is a 60 day review period.
Or did you mean to submit this plat under 14-207 as a subdivision following a final site plan approval? The fee
for this review is $742. If you choose this route, the review of the plat cannot commence until the final site plan
is approved. If you choose this route please request a deferral of this plat till the site plan is approved.
It seems as through it'd be best to do the review under 14-207 being the single family lots cannot be approved
till the water & sewer serving the lots is built or bonded. Let me know how you wish to proceed.
