ALL SLOPES AND DISTURBED AREAS ARE TO BE FERTILIZED, SEEDED, AND MULCHED. THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SLOPE IS 2:1 (HORIZONTAL:VERTICAL). WHERE REASONABLY OBTAINABLE, LESSER SLOPES OF 4:1 OR BETTER ARE TO BE ACHIEVED. B.
