It may be signed with the following revisions to the plat. (Reference to the applicable provision of Chapter 14 of the Code of Albemarle is provided after each comment.) 1. Add the following note: "The 5.048 acre lot contains a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." [Reference 14-302A(9)] 2. Add the following note: T.M. 121- P. 34 is assigned 2 development rights and may be further divided." [Reference 14-302A(10)] 3. Revise note number 4. The current note states: "No former cemetery found to this property, boundary lines established from surveys of adjoining properties and monumentation found." A more accurate note may be: "No cemeteries other than those shown have been found on this property. Boundary lines established from surveys of adjoining properties and monumentation found." There may be more accurate wording. I am just trying to clarify that a cemetery has been found on this property. [Reference 14-302B(4)] 4. Add the following note: "Setbacks are as follows: Front yard — 75 feet. Side yard — 25 feet. Rear yard — 35 feet." [Reference 14-302B(8)] 5. Add the following note: "Jefferson Cemetery is a special lot established soled for cemetery purpose." [Reference 14-303T] 6. Provide the owner's notarized signature on the plat.
