materials will require a new application and additional review.

The level of illumination produced by the LED lights shall not exceed the level of illumination produced by a
single stroke of 30 milliamp neon.

This approval is only for the channel letter sign on the south elevation. ARB approval is not required for the sign
on the north elevation. A separate sign permit application is required for the tenant panel.
