HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUB201600171 Review Comments Final Plat 2016-10-05County of Albemarle Department of Community Development Memorandum To: Doug Seward From: Paty Saternye- Senior Planner Division: Planning Services Date: October 5, 2016 Subject: SUB-2016-171 Pavilions at Pantops —Easements The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302 (A)(2)] Vicinity map. Provide a hatch or polygon and labels to signify where within the vicinity map the subject parcels are located. The vicinity map should be at a scale of 1"=2,000'. 2. [14-302 (13)(5)] Zoning classification. Provide a note that specifies all zoning districts and overlays of the subject parcels. 3. [14-302 (B)(7)] Reservoir watershed, agricultural -forestal district. Provide a note specifying the watershed and whether it is a water supply watershed. 4. [14-303 (D)] Acreage of lots. Provided the correct acreage of lots. If a lot acreage is shown to three decimals the value should not be rounded to two decimals. Lots 97 through 100 are shown as 0.0596 acres in deed book 3993 page 441 and deed book 4267 page 443. 5. [14-303 (E)] Dimension standards and information on all lots, streets, alleys, easements, and shared driveways. Provide bearings for all dimensioned lines including the existing and proposed easement lines. 6. [14-303 (H)] Monuments. Provide the location and material for all permanent reference monuments. Specify if the monument is found or set. 7. [Comment] Attached see the comments from ACSA and Engineering. They do not have any bjections to the submitted easement plat.
