The only outstanding issues that remain prior to approval of the WPO are the easement deeds (which I understand you will submit to Patrick) and the Stormwater Maintenance Agreement (you can work directly with Pam shifflet on this). once the deeds have been accepted, engineering will approve the E&S and SWM plans and hand them off to our inspectors. The Final Site Plan will have engineering approval once the WPO is approved. WPO Bond amounts will be calculated and sent to you before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Thank you, Amy D.
