(VDOT) Sent: Thursday, January 28, 2016 3:37 PM To: Gwen Lacy Subject: FW: Lancaster Good Afternoon Gwen, I did not know who was reviewing at the county so here are the comments and approvals below for the Lancaster Subdivision of Lot 1 being divided into Lot 1 A and Lot 1 B. No Comment on Boundary Line Adjustment for Lot 1 and Lot 1C. Lot 1C has an existing entrance that meets the VDOT minimum entrance requirements and is approved for continued use as is with no improvements required. Lot 1A and Lot 1B will be served by an existing entrance for shared use that meets the VDOT minimum private entrance 7Krequirements and is approved for continued use as is with no improvements required.
