Subject: RE: Lancaster L.C. -road maintenance agreement approval
Justin,
I received your email a am routing the private street maintenance agreement to the County Attorney's office for
review/approval.
Once the BLA is recorded please provide me a copy of the recordation receipt and the DB PG ref for the action. Other
than the private street maintenance agreement that's is all that's left before this plat can be approved.
Thanks

Subject: Lancaster L.C. - road maintenance agreement approval
Mr. Perez:
Ellie Ray informed me that you are in charge of overseeing the Lancaster L.C. road maintenance agreement review and
approval process. I recently worked with Ellie on another private road maintenance agreement and had it recently
approved. In that process, Ellie gave me a template road maintenance agreement. Attached you will find my proposed
road maintenance agreement that closely follows that template. See "4. Road maintenance agreement declaration
(5.18.16—MKPC—JAR).doc".
I have also attached 1. Deed of confirmation with exhibit.pdf, 2.a. certificate of plat (boundary line adjustment), 2.b.
boundary line adjustment plat, 3.a. certificate of plat(subdivision of portion), and 3.b. subdivision plat. All these items
are background for the road maintenance agreement subject to your review.
Number 1 confirms that the name change of LANCASTER L.C.to LANCASTER FAMILY L.C. did not cause a transfer of the
subject property and that the two names are one and the same Virginia limited liability company. Number 2.a. is our
intended certificate of plat to record the signed version of 2.b. I have the boundary line adjustment plat signed by the
County and ready for recordation. After the boundary line adjustment plat is recorded, then the subdivision plat will be
revised to reflect such recordation. Then I will record 3.a. and a duly signed version of the subdivision plat(3.b. as
revised). I mention all this because the road maintenance agreement will not make sense without the additional
attachments.
Please confirm receipt of this email. Also, please call me if you have any questions.
