The applicant has prepared and submitted a Private Street Maintenance Agreement for the above named
project.Please be aware the owner plans to modify the name of the L.C. as depicted in the maintenance
agreement from Lancaster L.C. to Lancaster Family L.C. (see attached email from applicant for
clarification if needed). The owner information on the plat will match the maintenance agreement prior to
plat approval. At your earliest convenience,please review this document and the attached plat. Should you
