Good Morning Chris and Josh. I am just checking to see if everything was in order and the status of the
file. George McCallum is the attorney that will be handling the property transfer and filing. Tyler Brooks the
builder is anxious to get started on the project.
Thank you for your time and let us know

Good Morning. Chris &Josh. I am forwarding to you both the Soil reports on the drain fields for your review. I
have printed the copies Jeff stated below and will over night them. In order to save time should I send them
directly to you Josh or do I do as Jeff said and send them to Chris to pass along to you.
Let me know and I will get them out Monday. I am just trying to streamline the process some.
Thanks David

David,
Here is the first of two reports I will be sending you this evening.
If you would like for me to mail you the original +2 copies for each of the reports that the Health Department will require, I can get them
in tomorrow's mail.
However, it is acceptable for you to print them yourself. Print one color copy(the original)+2 black and white copies for each parcel,
Lot 1 and the Residue Parcel. Sign the bottom of Page 2 for all 6 reports you will have, then submit them all to your agent with
Albemarle County, who will forward them to the Health Department for review.
I will get the other report out later this evening...
If you have any questions or want me to mail the reports please let me know.
Thank you,
Jeff

David,
I recieved the plat I need for my report from Steve Garrett 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately I was vacationing at
the time, and spent last week trying to play catch-up.
I sent Steve a note last week promising to get the reports out this week, and I still aim to do so.
Thank you,
Jeff

Hi All,
I have attached my site sketch for the residue parcel showing the proposed drainfield location.
I only marked the corners with wire flags and some pink ribbon in the tall grass, and there were cows in the field,so good luck. If all
markings are gone, you might be able to recreate it with the dimensions I have given, understanding that the 150'lines follow contour.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Jeff Loth
