The soil report is not in the required format for subdivision approval and does not contain a certification page. 2. The soil report does not indicate suitable drainfield sites for TM 123-10 (the larger parcel) 3. The maximum reduction for utilizing a gravelless system is not the 25% indicated in the report for a texture group IV soil (Clay) Please forward my comments to the applicant and relay my contact information should they have any questions. I am happy to speak with the soil consultant if need be. I will compile my notes and follow up with you tomorrow. At this point, I think that this will require additional soil work and surveying. I'm looking into our files to confirm and will follow up.
