Dear Ms. Ingle, et al:
In response to your Application for Letter of Zoning Compliance filed with this office
on September 12, 2016, please be advised as follows:
■ The property is zoned NMD (Neighborhood Model District) under the Zoning
Ordinance of the County of Albemarle, Virginia, which permits the current use
of the Property for an assisted living facility, with appurtenant parking, by
Piedmont Senior Living Real Estate LLC.

To the best of my knowledge, the property is not in violation of any proffered
conditions or other special conditions or limitations imposed by the County of
Albemarle.
■ The property meets all access and parking requirements required by the
Albemarle County zoning ordinance and is in compliance with the current
zoning ordinance of Albemarle. County, including all provisions regulating
setback, density and height.
■ To the best of my knowledge, as of this date, there are no current or pending
zoning or building code violations against the property other than the planting
of shrubs along Claremont Lane, which are shown on the approved site plan
(copy attached). However, we have been provided a copy of the paid invoice
from the owner that assures that this planting will take place.
