Ingle, Esquire October 13, 2016 Page 2 To the best of my knowledge, the property is not in violation of any proffered conditions or other special conditions or limitations imposed by the County of Albemarle. ■ The property meets all access and parking requirements required by the Albemarle County zoning ordinance and is in compliance with the current zoning ordinance of Albemarle. County, including all provisions regulating setback, density and height. ■ To the best of my knowledge, as of this date, there are no current or pending zoning or building code violations against the property other than the planting of shrubs along Claremont Lane, which are shown on the approved site plan (copy attached). However, we have been provided a copy of the paid invoice from the owner that assures that this planting will take place.
