TMP 061Z0-03-00-005A0, (the "Property")
Mr. Rash:
In response to a request for a Letter of Zoning Compliance from MK Associates, Inc. this office has researched
the request and offers the following information regarding the referenced Property:
■ The Property is zoned PIanned Unit Development (PUD). The PUD zoning approved as
ZMA198800007 permits assisted living adult care facilities by Special Use Permit.
■ The Property is being developed as an 83 unit assisted living facility. The use was approved by Special
Use Permit, SP201400010, on February 4, 2015 by the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors.
■ The Property is located within the Airport Impact Area.
■ This project is being built under a site development plan, SDP201500044, approved on July 1, 2016. If
completed in accordance with the approved site plan, it will comply with all zoning requirements,
including parking requirement.
■ This office has no record of any open zoning violations for the Property.
