Subject: SUB-2016-173 Carl L. Cash, Jr. — Family Subdivision
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the
Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning
Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-212 (C)] Family subdivisions; conditions of approval. The submitted restrictive
covenant document for the family division was conditionally approved by the
County Attorney's office and is ready to be circulated for signatures. A signed a
copy of the document must be submitted prior to approval of the family division
plat. This document must be recorded at the time that the plat is recorded.
2. [14-309 & 14-310] Soil evaluation; Health Director approval. Submit soils
work so that it can forwarded to the Health Department for their review and
approval. Approval by the Health Department is required before approval
the subdivision.
3. [14-410 & 14-412] Standards for all streets and alleys; Standards for private
street only. The submitted private road agreement was reviewed by the County
Attorney. They have only one comment, which is to fix a small typographical
error. Please see the attached copy for details. Once this typographical error is
corrected the document will be ready for signatures. A signed copy of the
document must be submitted prior to approval of the family division plat. The
Private Street Maintenance Agreement must be recorded at the time that the plat
is recorW
