Thank you for attending the site review committee meeting for the above ref project(s). Since that meeting the
applicant has provided the County a stream assessment for both of the streams (see attached— Stream
Determination). The County Engineer compared his stream assessment with the findings in the report and did
not find a significant difference between the two assessments. The County Engineer has determined the stream
classification type for the two streams adjacent to the property are intermittent, which means there are no
required buffers on these streams.
The applicant has offered to provide voluntary buffers in combination with the required preserved slope
restrictions to protect the streams (see attached - Dunlora Concept Exhibit). The applicant has offered to
provide a 75,foot buffer for the length of the north stream within their property. The western side of this stream
already has preserved slopes within 90 to 100 feet west of the stream. Therefore, a designation of the stream as
either perennial or intermittent provides the same protection considering steep slopes and buffers have similar
development restrictions. Also, the applicant has also offered to provide a 25 foot buffer along the south stream.
This buffer matches the existing restrictions resulting from preserved steep slopes.

The above item has been adequately addressed and the project is ready to move forward. The lot layout as
proposed at SRC is not being modified, thus the proposal shall be approved w/conditions as outlined in the
SRC letter from June 21. I hope this email finds you all well.
Thank you for your interest in the project. If you have questions about the County Engineer's determination of
the stream, please direct those questions to Frank Pohl—County Engineer. If you have questions about the
proposal in general or have questions about what is next in the development process, feel free to contact me.
