Please submit an updated clearance and fee for Melvin T. Morgan to include a layout of parking spaces, with dimensions. http://www.albemarle.org/upload/images/forms center/departments/Community Development/forms/applications/Z oning Ciearance.pdf I am attaching the section of the zoning ordinance that includes the required dimensions for parking spaces and travel aisles. Also, there is a copy of a survey of the property and an exhibit to help show how far back parking must be located on -site to meet the 10' parking setback requirement. Where the truck is currently parked is not an approvable parking space because it does not meet the 10' parking setback requirement. Please see the attached exhibits for clarification.
