Attached you should find the requested revisions.
On page 1, - I added a note stating that all private roads and easements were granted to and administered by the
Kenridge Home Owners Assoc., Inc. unless otherwise stated.
-added a revision date.
On page 2, - revised each of the private easements,to reflect the Deed Book and page that created them.
-in.review of the plats, an error was found and corrected here. —The 20' (public?) drainage easement
shown on the first submittal was vacated and replaced with a 16' private drainage easement all in DB 3982/239.
-added a revision date.

The County of Albemarle Division of Planning Services will grant or recommend approval of the
Boundary Line Adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been
addressed. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. Sect 14-302 (A) (4): Private Easements: Revise the plat to indicate the deed book and page
where the drainage easments are recorded and the owner of record.
