8. N. A. The proposed stormdrains are 6" in diameter and only collecting onsite runoff.
9. The stormdrain computation is attached with the stormwater narrative.
10. There are no roof drains on the addition as the roof slope in direction towards the biofilter. The
roofline is marked on the drawings. All roof water will drain into the biofilter.

15. Duly noted. Please refer Stormwater narrative for the description. The proposed stormwater
facility does treat the net increased imperviousness onsite.
16. Duly noted.
17. N.A.
18. No concentrated runoff is flowing into the biofilter thus sediment forebay is not required. Baffle is
proposed in the biofilter to avoid short-circuiting.
19. Duly noted.
20. Duly noted.
21. 0.3 to 0.5 cfs of 2-yr storm is sheet flowing into the biofilter. This runoff should not cause any
erosion problem. Also, the side slope of the biofilter is stabilized with ground cover, shrubs and
trees. Please refer sheet-7 for the planting detail of biofilter.
22. Underdrain and cleanouts are shown on the plan.
23. The offsite areas are removed from the removal rate calculation.
24. 2-yr, 10-yr and 100-yr routing hydrographs are provided.
25. As per the discussion with county engineer, storm duration of 25 mins is used in the calculation.
26. An ADS drop inlet of 6" diameter is used both in calculations and plan.
27. Duly noted.
C. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (WPO200700022)
28. The soils description in the narrative is provided.
29. All demolished buildings are included in limit of clearing and grading.
30. Dust control symbol is provided on the plan.
31. Tree protection is provided on the drip line of the proposed saved trees. Also, different
delineations are used to differentiate silt fence with tree protection.
32. N.A.
33. As per the discussion with county engineer, level spreader is proposed to avoid concentrated
flow.
34. The parking, staging, and stockpile areas are relocated.
35. The storm drain system is releasing 0.03 cfs of 2-yr storm. This would not cause any erosion
problem on site or on neighboring parcel.
36. As per the discussion with County engineer, sediment trap has been removed.
37. N.A.
38. Duly noted.
