I guess that answers my question. I will submit the application this afternoon. Thanks again. — Brajesh From: Amy Pflaum [mailto:apflaum@albemarle.org] Sent: Wednesday, February 27, 2008 3:17 PM To: btiwari@mckeecarson.com Subject: FW: E&S Fee for Minor Site Plan Ammendment Hello Brajesh, Phil forwarded your email to me to answer this question regarding the Free Union School site. If there was an existing E&SC/SWM plan, then the WPO application would be treated as a Major Amendment. However, I did some checking for an existing E&SC/SWM plan and found that the most recent one was dated in 1994. An E&SC/SWM plan that is older than 5 years is no longer valid, therefore, this will need to be treated as a general site plan (new)WPO application. I hope this answers your question, please feel free to contact me if you need further information. Thank you, Amy D. We submitted Free Union County School minor site plan amendment last week and it seems we did not submit WPO application for that. The WPO application does not mention any specific E&S and SWM fee for the minor site plan amendment. Should we use E&S and SWM fee for the major site plan amendment or the general site plan? I would appreciate if you can let me know the correct applicable fee for this kind of submission. Thanks. The Honey Dust path was approved as part of the above mentioned Minor Site Plan amendment on July i5,2008. There is approximately 2,053 square feet of Honey Dust path that would be replaced with the Heavy Broom finish Concrete. Another 428 sf of existing brick path would be replaced with the concrete as well. In addition, approximately 90 feet of VDOT standard roll curb would be placed between the concrete walk and prime and seal drop off area to provide a separation between the materials and a safer walkway. Finally, the approved timber steps would also become poured-In place concrete with this donation. We are seeking approval of these minor site plan revisions prior to the County's final inspection and Issuance of a COO. Please contact me with any questions or requests for additional information.
