Andy,
One suggestion—unless you have a deed which calls it out you may want to specify on the plat who has rights to the
new access easement.
Possibly something to the tune of: "New 15'Wide Access Easement to benefit TMP 87-27 and TMP 87-28A for ingress
and egress."
