NOTES: SDP/SUB project folders will be accepted by the Imaging Center when the following items are complete: 1) Checklist is completed and included in folder; 2) Folder has a typed status label(same font&label color as project label)placed under the project label to reflect current project status and date; 3) Documents are Acco-fastened(except plats/plans),and in chronological order(latest documents on top); 4) Documents are sufficiently identified as to which need to be scanned or saved to LaserFiche.
