A PDF resubmittal is appropriate due to the nature of the required revision. 1) 114-302(A)91 Building sites on proposed lots. The plat shall contain the following note: "Parcel[letter or number] and the residue of Tax Map/Parcel[numbers] each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance. " 2) 114-302(A)101 Development Rights. Provide the following note: "This boundary line adjustment does not affect the development rights for either property. " Thanks i
