This office will sign the plans upon review of the appropriate signed and sealed approval copies. Please allot for this office to obtain to signature copies. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The owner/developer must contact the Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use Section at (434) 422-9399 for information pertaining to this process. I hereby recommend approval of SDP201600060. Please note that the future subdivision plat for this block will require a table depicting square footage within and outside of the ACSA Glenmore Agreement Boundary if it bisects a proposed lot.
