Summary of Addendum #1 revisions:
1. Site re-graded. You may want to mention that we did not change
grades at Regal construction pad or at the intersection of Bond at
District to explain scope of areas changed
2. Retaining Walls on Sperry reduced
3. Storm Water: We added a large bio-swale NW of Sperry resulting in
the removal of numerous Filteras
4. Lighting photometric plan has been included
5. Landscape plans updated to minimize impervious areas: we enlarged
tree wells a bit, created additional planting strips.
6. Horizontal plan changes to District ave have been shown.
7. Throats connecting to District were modified, and parallel parking was
added where possible. Note to TRG: due to water line construction
under way, we were not able to change the throat of Bond street on
the west side of District ave. we did change the east side of this
intersection.
8. Crosswalk designs updated throughout the site.
9. One specific change I need you to show Bill Fritz is sidewalk on the
East Side of A3 (BRMS building). Former plan check comment
requested a sidewalk on the east façade of the building. Due to
grade changes at the NE corner of this building and our stone clad
entrance retaining walls, we have modified this as follows: The
sidewalk on the south side of A3 now connects to sidewalk on Rt. 29.
