Dear Mr. Myers,
This letter corrects typographical errors contained in a letter dated November 3, 2016 and
expands the description of the approval.
This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision the change to the above referenced site plan for
the road design as described in your request which is attached to this letter. This amendment is
in the area of lot 50. The amendment extends the road consistent with a waiver granted to
eliminate the requirement that the road be constructed to the property line of the development.
This is the 2nd Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed
before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

Enclosed please find our Letter of Revision Application to extend Delphi Lane by 50 feet in accordance with the
approved FontanalCascadia Connection waiver dated September 27, 2016, copy attached.
In compliance with the conditions of the waiver, Delphi Lane road construction has been extended by 50 feet so
that the driveway on Lot 50 will have access to the paved public road. We have also added a future through
street sign as requested and placed two new Ash trees to continue the streetscape design of Delphi Lane.
Finally, we have verified that the site storm sewer has already been designed to include the additional pavement
without any changes.

This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The letter, of revision
proposes the following changes as shown on the attached plan and letter dated 6 -30 -2015:
1. Revise the neighborhood center building to be 81' -8" x 38' from 60'x 40'. As a result the swimming pool,
tot lot, and picnic shelter, and landscaping have been adjusted.
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed.
This is the first (1 s') Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

With this letter, enclosed please find our application for a letter of revision, review fee, and four (4) copies of the
revised final site plan. The purpose of this letter of revision is to insert a revised neighborhood center footprint in
place of the footprint which is shown on the approved site plan. The overall dimensions of the new
neighborhood center are 81' -8" X 38'. The dimensions of the neighborhood center as shown on the approved
site plan are 60'X 40'. As a result of this adjustment, the swimming pool, tot lot, and picnic shelter has been
moved to the north approximately 8'. The proposed landscaping is also included with this revision, which has
been revised slightly to accommodate the neighborhood center and pool area adjustments. The quantity and
type of trees and shrubs remain unchanged from the approved site plan.
