I don't want to go thru that process with this plat.We will add the note that no buildings or improvements
shall be placed within the future public drainage easement area. Please let me know if there is anything else that
needs to be done prior to having the owner sign the plat.

Yes, it is appropriate; however,then the plat,needs to be revised to show this and VDOT and Engineering will need to
review the plat.You will also need to provide a deed of dedication that the County Attorney will be required to review
after which Tom Foley will have to sign b4 the plat can be approved.
