Final tentative approval from the Department of Building Code and Zoning Services is
granted. This approval is based on the understanding that the diagram of Fixture "H"
will be on the plan with the reference to full cut off optics and the graphic showing the
internal louver.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Logarides:
I have received the following information pursuant to the Architectural Review Board's April 19
review of the above-referenced item and our meeting on May 10:
1. Landscape Plan, revised 5/20/99
2. Outdoor Lighting and Dumpster Screening Details Plan, no revision date, received May
18, 1999.
This information meets the conditions of ARB approval identified in the meeting of April 19,
1999. You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness.
Please note that the monument sign was not reviewed by the ARB and is not included in this
approval. You may submit a separate ARB application for the monument sign at your
convenience. The Department of Building Code and Zoning Services will also require
applications for all signs—wall-mounted and freestanding. You may contact them at 296-5832.
Approval received from the Albemarle County Architectural Review Board is predicated on the
fact that the design and materials, as proposed and exhibited for review, will be used. The
acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to use the materials as indicated on
the site plan, attachments and samples submitted. Any change in the approved design or
materials will require an amendment to the plan and must be reviewed and approved by the
Architectural Review Board.

Re: Shadwell Antiquaires - Final Site Plan (SDP-98-161)
Dear Mr. Gloeckner:
The final site plan has been reviewed. All pertinent information appears to be present.
Albemarle County Engineering grants approval of the final site plan with the following
conditions:
1. Albemarle County Engineering receipt and recordation of a stormwater management/BMP
maintenance agreement prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. The agreement
must be signed by the property owner and return with the appropriate recording fee.
2. Engineering also reminds the applicant that improvements to State Routes 250 and 22 and
the entrance improvement to this site must continue to coordinated.
