Subject: SUB 201600229 & SUB201600238 The Vue — Boundary Line Adjustment & Easement
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment
and Easement Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise
specified.]
SUB201600229 & SUB201600238
1. [14-302(A)(4)]: Provide the Deed Book number for easement "B" (Dominion Virginia Power and
Embarq Cop. Easement.
2. [14-302(A)(15)]: Include the addresses of each owner of record.
3. [14-302(B)(7)]: Include notation as to whether the land is within an agricultural -forestal district.
SUB201600238 - Easement
1. [14-302(A)(15)]: Identify names and addresses of each holder of the proposed easement.
2. [14-303(A)]: Include statement of intent: "The platting or dedication of the following described land
[insert a correct description of the land subdivided] is with the free consent and in accordance with the
desire of the undersigned owners, proprietors and trustees, if any."
3. [14-303(0)]: Include Signature panels for each owner and for the agent or his designee. The signature
panel for the owner shall be located immediately below the statement required by paragraph 14-
303(A).
4. [14-303(P)]: Include notary panels for the notary to acknowledge the signature of the owners.
5. Engineering review of the plat is still pending.
