GENERAL CONSTRUCTION NOTES

2, ALL PAVING AND DRAINAGE RELATED MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION METHODS SHALL CONFORM TO CURRENT SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS OF
V.D.O,T. UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
3. EROSION AND SILTATION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED EROSION CONTROL PLAN AND SHALL BE
INSTALLED PRIOR TO ANY CLEARING, GRADING OR OTHER CONSTRUCTION. {:
4. ALL SLOPES AND DISTURBED AREAS ARE TO BE FERTILIZED, SEEDED AND MULCHED), MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE FILL OR CUT SLOPE 2 : 1,

PLANS AND WHERE SHOWN, ARE ONLY APPROXIMATLEY CORRECT, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ON HIS OWN INITIATIVE LOCATE
ALL UNDERGROUND LINES AND STRUCTURES AS NECESSARY,

THIS AMENDMENT ADDRESSES E4STING AND PROPOSED CONGREGATE CARE FACILITIES ONLY,
EXISTING CONGREGATE CARE FACILITIES INCLUDE THE SARGENT HOUSE, HOLTRUST, AND HOLTRUST
ANNEX, THE MANOR HOUSE IS AN ANCILLARY USE TO THE CONGREGATE HOUSING AND PROVIDES
DINING, AND ADMINISTRATIVE SPACE, THE DINING SPACE IS TO BE EXPANDED AS A PART OF THIS
AMENDMENT, AS WELL AS REVISIONS TO THE WHISTLER HOUSE AND THE ADDITION OF PARKING
SPACES, THE SUBJECT SITE IS ON PARCEL "C" OF THE PUD APPLICATION PLAN,
CONDITIONS WHICH DEFINE CONGREGATE HOUSING.
1, ALL CONGREGATE HOUSING MUST PROVIDE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, 9.00 - 5:00 VAN
TRANSPORTATION.
2, A MINIMUM OF 5 MEALS A WEEK ARE TO BE PROVIDED TO ALL RESIDENTS.
