This letter is to approve a Letter of Revision to the above site plan to create an exterior storage
area at the existing dumpster site at Timberwood Tap House as referenced in correspondence
dated 11/14/2016 and plans modified on 6D, SK -1 & SK -2.
This is the 1St Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed
before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan.

To whom it may concern,
Please accept this letter as a request to create an exterior storage area between the existing
dumpster area and the Timberwood Tap House building. This storage area will be screened and
contained behind the existing dumpster CMU wall. It will contain empty beer kegs as well as a
CO 2 tank.
