request is denied then public water and sewer shall be provided onsite and ACSA shall review/approve this aspect
of the proposal. If the exemption request is approved to not provide public sewer and/or public water, the Health
Department will be required to review/approve the BLA to assure adequate septic & water systems are provided
onsite. Per discussions with the applicant they intend to connect to public water and sewer, as such
ACSA approval is required prior to approval of the plat.
