Since you handled those prior sign applications I thought I would direct this subsequent submission to you. Of course, feel free to I E redirect it if you deem it appropriate. Y. Stanley Martin Homes is opening up a new residential development on the east side of Crozet 1 1 Avenue called Chesterfield Landing. There are significant limitations and site conditions that dictate this entry statement be somewhat unconventional. Plans call for a singular stone column with a cantilevered sign placard extending perpendicular to the road. A 20' landscape easement has been I set aside adjacent to the road R/W per the approved site plan. All the improvements (column, sign, i. fencing and landscaping) are proposed to reside within this easement, either side of the new entrance. Water lines, OH electric service and new storm sewerage all play a role in limiting where i the proposed improvements can be located. Furthermore, exposed bedrock and topography fluctuations also influence the design. Hopefully you'll feel we've developed a satisfactorysolution.on. Give this submission some initial consideration and let me know if there is any additional information you would find helpful. -Mark 11-06-16,Nelson,Sign App,Trans.doc iI.
