Limits of Disturbance is 0.94 Acres. Water Quality: Currently there exists 0.51 acres of manage turf and 0.43 acres of impervious cover within the limits of disturbance. In the proposed condition there will be 0.65 acres of managed turf and 0.29 acres of impervious cover. Per the Virginia Runoff Reduction Redevelopement Spreadsheet,this will require that 0.00 lbs/yr of phosphorous be removed.
