To build the house you would apply for a building permit after your WPO plan and all required mitigation items were approved/bonded. Thus you are still required to do the WPO, which is still moving forward w/ Engineering review. By way of CC to this email - Jennifer will you please withdraw SDP201600075 — Lord Byrd Residence — initial site plan and refund the fee they paid. It was our understanding, and the understanding of our clients who spoke with the Planning Department a while back, that given the amount of disturbance, a site plan and WPO plan would be necessary. We are happy to approach this in a different, perhaps more simple manor if you are saying that a Site Plan submittal is not necessary. Can you advise us on how to proceed? I'm trying to determine if we should distribute the above ref initial site plan or if you filed this application in error. We have till next week to make this decision as your true submittal date for this application is 12-27-16. Please help shed some light on this application and why it was submitted. It appears that the above referenced plan is for a single family residence which appears to be the 1St and only dwelling on this parcel. Is that correct? I also noticed you submitted a WPO for this property (WPO2016-84) but the big question on my mind is why do you need a site plan for the proposal of a single family dwelling in the RA zoning?
