Nunnally and Barbara E. Nunnally, husband and wife, by deed of Kiddie College of'Charlottesville, Inc., dated October 27, 1969, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, in Deed Book 466, page 52. This plat is recorded for the purpose of subdividi • said property, identifying the lots therein and the easements serving said lots, and setting forth a certain sewer agreement. The easement shown on the attached plat and designated as "Lots 2 and 3 have rights of ingress and egress this portion Lot 1" is hereby declared and reserved as a prior, non-exclusive, joint right-of-way for___the benefit and use for ingress and egress of_the -three lots, Lots. 1, 2, and3, shown on said plat. The • • right to use this easement and any road which may be located • thereon is reserved exclusively for the benefit of said lot and the general public's use of said road and easement is prohibited. i It shall be the joint obligation of all of the owners of the lots shown on said plat to pay all reasonable costs of repairs and maintenance to said road whenever a majority of the three lot owners deem such maintenance or repairs necessary, whereupon each of the owners of said three lots shall be liable for one third of the reasonable costs of such repairs and maintenance.
