The applicant incorrectly shows the waterline easements on page 4A of the plat. The following is a list of easements incorrectly shown: • The water main at the end of Avinity Way extends to a BOA outside of the EOP. The easement shall continue to the property line, centered on the BOA. • Lot 1 Water meter service was reside and is tapped off of the water main at a 90 degree angle. • Lot 2 and 3 are served through a double tap which is offset onto Lot 2. • Lot 4 and 5 are served through a double tap which is offset onto Lot 4. • Lot 10 is served through a single tap. • Lot 11 is served through a single tap. • Lot 14 is served through a single tap. • Lot 15 and 16 are served through a double tap. • Lot 17 and 18 are served through a double tap. • Lot 19 is served through a single tap. • Lot 20 is served through a single tap. • Lot 21 and 22 are served through a double tap. • Lot 23 and 24 are served through a double tap which is offset onto Lot 24. • Lot 25 is served through a single tap. • Lot 26 is served through a single tap. I have emailed Alex at ACSA to get his approval as well (nothing has changed with the ACSA utilities and they are already installed). I would not think that Planning has any comments, because they should have been addressed with the latest minor site plan amendment. Let me know if you think you can also sign off on this. Thx!
