This letter is to notify you that the following development proposal has been submitted to the County for
review:
SUB201500156 Glenmore K2B—Lots 9-16 Final Plat
MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Scottsville
TAX MAP/PARCEL: 093A5000000100
LOCATION: In the Glenmore Community along Carroll Creek Road approximately 0.20 miles from
Limestone Crossing within the Glenmore Subdivision.
PROPOSAL: Request for final plat approval for 8 single family detached units in accordance with
ZMA2006-016-Glenmore Leake.
ZONING: Planned Residential District(PRD)-residential (3-34 units/acre)with limited commercial
uses.
OVERLAY DISTRICT: Flood Hazard; Managed Steep Slopes; Preserved Steep Slopes
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Village of Rivanna- Neighborhood Density Residential Low- 2 units or
less/acre;supporting uses such as religious institutions,schools and other small scale non-residential
uses; Semi-Public Open Space- recreational and passive open spaces not in public ownership;
floodplains, steep slopes, wetlands and other areas with environmental constraints.
This development proposal is scheduled for the Site Review Committee meeting on the date listed below.
The applicant's attendance is not mandatory, although it may be requested by the County. Regardless of
whether the applicant will be attending, the County staff will be available for consultation on the Site
Review Committee meeting date at 10:00 a.m., in Room 235 of the County Office Building on McIntire
Road in Charlottesville. This meeting will be an informal session with the Site Review Committee to
discuss issues and share information.
The development proposal will be reviewed and approved, subject to compliance with applicable
ordinances, by the Site Review Committee.

Plans for the proposed development are available for your review in the Department of Community
Development. To assure the file information is ready for your viewing and to allow staff to be available to help
with any questions, we encourage you to schedule a viewing time. Please call 296-5832 ext. 3004 during
business hours(8 a.m.-5 p.m., Mon-Fri)to schedule an appointment. While an appointment is not required,
we do give priority to those with appointments. Those without appointments may find the materials are in use
by others and/or staff is not available to help. Should you wish to attend the Site Review Committee meeting,
please notify the Department of Community Development so that any concerns may be adequately addressed.
