Associated with this subdivision is a request for a private street. ZONING: RA Rural Areas-agricultural, forestal, and fishery uses; residential density (0.5 unit/acre in development lots) PROFFERS: No COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: Rural Areas—(preserve and protect agricultural, forestal, open space, and natural, historic and scenic resources/density(0.5 unit/acre in development lots) in Rural Area 4. The applicant will receive a tentative agenda and staff report approximately one (1)week prior to the Planning Commission meeting.
