I believe the attorney has submitted the dedication information for the open space, I think it went through JT, because he commented on the receipt of the plat a couple of weeks ago. I will follow-up with the attorney, but I am pretty sure it did to him about 2 weeks ago, and it was submitted to the county attorney's office. For comment#5,VDOT had a conflicting comment from planning. They did not want this 0.065 acres of property adjacent to Mill Stone lane at the intersection of Jarman's gap road to be open space and create a spite strip between TMP55-78A. In addition, my clients have just acquired this property and will close on it 8/4. We also have requested a pre-app meeting on 8/1 to Francis to set up to discuss future development on that parcel and another parcel. Therefore,this was left as future right of way dedication on the plat and within the chart (which did not change). However, I could update the note and just call it reserved for future development, if that is easier. I think that should take care of all the remaining comments on the plat. Let me know, and we will get this wrapped up and resolved. Thx. Curve C4 and lot L4 as shown on the plat do not match what is shown on the approved road plan. 2. Culvert easement as shown on the road plans needs to be shown on the plat as well. 3. Drainage easement is required for structures DI -112 and DI -114. 4. Drainage easement is required for the ends of Culvert #2 to be installed across Mill Stone Lane. S. On the approved road plan the 0.065 acres behind the sidewalk to the left of Mill Stone Lane is shown as "Area Reserved for Future Right of Way Dedication" but on the plat this same 0.065 acres is shown as "Open Space Hereby Dedicated to Albemarle County. This creates a spite -strip that will hinder future access to Mill Stone Lane should there be a future development. 6. A land -use permit and maintenance agreement is required for the sidewalk within public right-of-way. 7. For sidewalks within sidewalk easements that are outside of VDOT right -of way, an agreement with locality to maintain the sidewalks is required. 8. The sight line, west of the intersection of Mill Stone Lane and Jarmans Gap Road appears to extend beyond the right-of-way. A line of sight easement is required and should be shown. 9. The sight line, west of the intersection of Birchwood Hill Road and Mill Stone Lane appears to fall within the sidewalk easement.
