Please find attached a pdf copy of the revised plat for Jeanne Ward.
The plat has been revised to address your comments dated January 26, 2016.
1. The building site note has been revised to reflect Lot B & Lot C.
2. The first plat has been recorded and the new reference has been added to this plat.
3. We have received VDOT approval.
4. We have received VDH approval.
She would like for us to send the mylar to New York by this Friday for her signature.
Please let me know if it is now ready for owners signature.

Good Afternoon Ellie,
I have reviewed the above submitted plats and field reviewed private entrance locations for these lots and provide the
following comments.
Lot A: Has an approved private entrance location and is currently under a VDOT permit for construction of that entrance.
Lot B: Has an approved private entrance location which will meet all VDOT private entrance criteria and will require a
VDOT-LUP prior to the installation of this new entrance at landowner request.
Lot C: Has an approved private entrance location which will meet all VDOT private entrance criteria and will require a
VDOT-LUP prior to the installation of this new entrance at landowner request.
Please let me know if you should have any questions or concerns.

We received comments from the county (attached) on the Ward project, located on State Route 693,
near Batesville.
The only comments were Health Department Approval and VDOT Approval.

both projects.

The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat referenced above
once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference,
which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(A)9] Building sites on proposed lots. The building site note references Lots A and C, when it
should reference Lots B and C; please revise.
2. [14-302(A)(11)] Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision. Update the instrument once
SUB201600001 is recorded.
3. [14-309 & 14-310] Soil evaluations & Health director approval of septic systems. The submitted soil
evaluations were forwarded on January 51" for Health Department review; the plat cannot be approved until
their approval is received.
4. [14-316] Approval of entrance onto public streets. Please provide VDOT approval of the proposed
entrance(s).
