We will have the Easement Plat recorded prior to this plat and update the easement legend with recording reference once the park plat has been recorded. With this revision to the sanitary easement, have all the comments for Blocks 10 and 30, 16, and 17 and 18 been addressed to your satisfaction? [14-302 (A)(11)] Instrument creating property for proposed subdivision. There is a deed book reference that is not filled in due to the plat being under review.
