Please find attached a pdf of the Subdivision Plat for Old Trail Block 10 and 30 with the ACSA Sanitary Easement shown
behind Lots 7—12 as an existing easement. We will have the Easement Plat recorded prior to this plat and update the
easement legend with recording reference once the park plat has been recorded. With this revision to the sanitary
easement, have all the comments for Blocks 10 and 30, 16, and 17 and 18 been addressed to your satisfaction?

I have reviewed the above referenced plat and have the following comments:
• Add DB & PG references to the 3 existing ACSA easements in the "Easement Legend."
• Add the "CL SSE 20" call -out to both sewer mains along Adlersgate Row.
• Add a water easement on the shared property line for lots 21 & 22 for the proposed fire hydrant.

Subject: SUB -2016-103 Old Trail Village- East Village- Final Subdivision Plat
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the
Final Plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning
Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302 (A)(11)] Instrument creating property for proposed subdivision. There is a
deed book reference that is not filled in due to the plat being under review. The
plat will need to be recorded and this information should be noted prior to
approval of this plat.
2. [14-317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. All
proposed easements require a deed to be submitted and approved by the
County Attorney. If the maintenance of the easements are covered by the HOA
documents, please indicate on the plat which deed reference the HOA docs can
be found.
3. The road plans that are currently under review must be approved prior to the
approval of this plat.
